It is one of the enterprises that conduct construction and operation of large desert PV power station in China in earlier period. The company’s far-seeing plan of PV grid-connected generation project is 500MW, and the 10MW first phase project has started grid-connected generation with average daily generated energy above 50,000 watt-hours. The company’s only shareholder China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group is the unique central enterprise (directly under SASAC of the State Council) that takes energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection as its major works and is unique national-level specialized corporation in the energy saving and environmental protection field.
大富翁水果机The first phase 10MWP project of CECEP Taiyangshan PV grid-connected generation project started to construct on August 12, 2009, the construction of which lasted four months, and installed fixed solar-cell panel matrix: 1090 groups 2×20 polycrystalline silicon units, which included ten 1 MWp substation inverter generation unit. The power station inserted Hui’anbao 110KV transformer substation (name of line: 35KV Huineng line) with 35KV high voltage power transmission line and became the first large grid-connected power station with 35KV voltage class in China. The first phase project had been finished on December 18, 2009 and realized grid-connected generation without damages, losses, accidents and pollutions and entered into business operation on January 17, 2010, gained electric power business license issued by State Electricity Regulatory Commission on March 22, 2010, obtained official reply on on-grid price from Price Bureau of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and successfully became the first batch of large desert PV grid-connected power station that carried out commercial operation in China.
Located on the north side of the constructed first phase 10WMp PV power station, the second phase 20MWP project of CECEP Taiyangshan PV grid-connected generation project covers an area of about 700 Mu with planned investment of 400,000,000 Yuan and 20WMp construction scale. The whole power station mainly consists of solar energy PV battery board, switch house, control room, office and entering roads and so on. For battery packs, we used Jintech 230 Wp polycrystalline silicon board , which was installed by using 37°dip angle fixed installation method and the installation number of boards is 88000.For inverter, we used forty 500 KW inverters produced by Switzerland IDS company. And we used 2200 sets of component supports and 17600 support bases. This project was started on August 8, 2010 and was planned to complete the building projects on October 15, 2010, and realize construction completion and grid-connected generation at the beginning of 2011. After construction, the annual generation amount will be about 34,000,000 kilowatt-hours, and the emission reduction amount of CO2 will reach 33550 tons in 25 years.
